Lenka is very professional both in diagnosing problems and doing the repair work. The price is also very reasonable. I had a major rip repair which is not only lasting but also looks very natural.As a kiter Lenka is also very accommodating in scheduling. Two of my repairs were completed in two days so I didn’t miss any sessions. Definitely recommend her service.

I can't say enough POSITIVE about the service Lenka provides! She goes above and beyond in repairing kites and getting it back to you as quickly as possible. I have used her services to repair multiple kites and her work & prices are excellent. I would recommend her for any type of kite or sail repair!

I've had a few kites repaired by Lenka over the years and I couldn't be happier.Lenka has a few decades of experience repairing kites and sails, she is extremely professional, reasonably priced and more than anything, offers a great service with a smile.PLUS, I don't think there's anyone better in Ontario.

You found it. This is where you get kite fixed. Period. The service that Lenka at Kiteloft provides is, in my opinion, without peer. I fly my kites hard, often too hard. I’ve had slow leaks, popped bladders, tears and even ripped one almost right in half. Lenka has repaired them all! And her repairs are tougher and more durable than the original. Great communication throughout and clear upfront fair pricing. She has saved me thousands of dollars and has kept my kites in the air. Without Kieloft, I’m not kiting.

Lenka is a very trustworthy person, she has repaired a handful of kites for me from minor to large tears. Consistent service, fair prices, reasonable turn-around time. I'd take my gear here any day.

Great service. We got a tear in our brand new kite the first time we used it and Kite loft repaired it so professionally matching the manufacturers stitches and thread colors that you can not even tell it has been repaired and we were only with out our kite for a week and half (including shipping time). I hope I don't need your services any time soon but if I do I will definately be back.

Lenka was referred to me by a professional kiteboard instructor of 23 years who said there was no one better. I needed new fly lines which were going to cost me at least double through the manufacturer. Even though half the price, the lines she ordered for me were even better than my originals.She was always responsive and kept me in the loop to let me know when I could expect to receive my order. I have been bringing my broken kites and bladders to Lenka at Kiteloft for many years. She’s a saviour! Always repaired quickly and inexpensively. Her skill is truly remarkable; often she repairs a kite and you can’t even discern the repair as if the kite came from the factory. No matter what brand you fly, Lenka is the ABSOLUTE BEST.
